Using B&F Towing?

We partner with B&F Towing and they know the proper procedure for dropping your vehicle off at our dealership service location. They can be contacted at (302) 328-4146. Please ensure you or the tow truck operator provide your name, your vehicle's keys and contact information to our dealership upon arrival of your vehicle.

Using a different towing company?

Please have the tow truck operator bring your vehicle to our Buick GMC Service Department at 1722 Pennsylvania Avenue, Wilmington, DE 19806. Please make sure your keys, name and contact information are given to our service reception staff inside, or if we are not open, please ensure your information and keys are left in the Early Bird Drop Key Drop to the right of the front door. Should your vehicle be dropped off at our Union Park Buick GMC Showroom on Pennsylvania Avenue, additional towing costs will ensue as the service center is not in the same location.
