GMC Sierra Heavy Duty trucks are built for every professional need. The 2500 HD has a max trailering capacity of 18,500 Lbs, and its bed can take up to 3,965 Lbs of vertical weight. If you need more, the "GMC One Ton" Sierra 3500 HD can trailer up to 36,000 LBs so you can transport heavy equipment like loaders and dozers. You can place up to 7,442 Lbs payload in the bed of a 2025 Sierra 3500 HD, depending on trim level (the 3500 Regular Cab DRW Long Box 2WD model with 6.6L gas V8 engine has the highest max weight capability).
The 2025 Sierra 2500HD and 3500HD both come standard with a 6.6L V-8 gas engine which offers 401 Horsepower and 464 lb-ft of torque at 4,000 RPM. The 6.6L Turbo Diesel delivers 445 HP and a massive 910 lb ft of torque at 1,600 RPM, and features a Dual Path Air Induction System through the hood which adds on to the commanding stance of the truck.
